WhichPup is designed around fast, anonymous head-to-head matchups. You do not need an account to vote. Dog owners join to enter and manage their dogs.
The system selects two approved dogs while balancing exposure across the field. Owners are not shown their own dogs while signed in.
Tap the dog you prefer. There are no vote packages and no paid boosts. One matchup, one choice.
WhichPup uses an Elo-style rating system. Winning against a highly rated dog matters more than beating a much lower rated dog.
The first 100 approved real dogs receive permanent Founding Dog numbers. Voting stays closed while the field forms.
Voting opens, but standings remain hidden. This creates enough matchup history for the first rankings to mean something.
Overall, breed and state standings become public and keep moving as new matchups are completed.
Optional paid profile upgrades add presentation and statistics. They do not alter matchups, ratings or visibility in voting.
